These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of ResiSuite.
1. Operator and agreement
ResiSuite is operated by Maksymilian Mielczarek, an individual based in Poland, trading under the name ResiSuite (“ResiSuite”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription or using ResiSuite, you agree to these Terms. If you use ResiSuite for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. ResiSuite may be used by individuals and by professionals or organisations.
3. The service
ResiSuite may provide tools for:
- creating AI-assisted property marketing videos from uploaded photographs;
- editing, enhancing, cropping or otherwise processing photographs;
- generating property descriptions and related marketing content;
- organising listings, projects and workspaces;
- inviting collaborators;
- downloading and publishing generated content;
- related features made available from time to time.
Features may change, improve, be replaced or be discontinued. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available.
4. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except to the extent caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.
Workspace owners and administrators may invite users and manage access. The workspace owner is responsible for authorised users, permissions and lawful workspace use.
Notify us promptly at support@mail.getresisuite.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Customer Content
“Customer Content” includes photographs, addresses, listing details, descriptions, branding, logos, names, files, instructions and other material submitted to ResiSuite.
You retain ownership of Customer Content. You grant ResiSuite a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, transform, transmit and display Customer Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and support the service, generate requested outputs, comply with law and enforce these Terms.
You represent and warrant that:
- you own Customer Content or have all permissions required to use and submit it;
- Customer Content does not infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual or other rights;
- you have obtained all permissions required for people, personal documents, number plates, artwork, family photographs, tenants, owners and private spaces shown in Customer Content;
- Customer Content and resulting marketing materials are lawful, accurate and not misleading.
ResiSuite may use identifiable Customer Content in advertising, social media, case studies, demonstrations or a public portfolio only with separate permission from the relevant customer.
Customer Content will not be used to train general-purpose AI models unless this is clearly disclosed and lawfully authorised.
6. Generated output
Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, you may use and publish generated videos, edited images and descriptions for lawful purposes.
AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, unrealistic or unsuitable. You must review and approve all output before publication. You are responsible for confirming that it accurately represents the property, that material facts are not distorted, and that publication complies with advertising, property, consumer and professional rules.
ResiSuite does not guarantee that generated output is factually accurate, legally compliant, unique or free of third-party claims.
We retain all rights in the ResiSuite platform, software, models, templates, workflows and technology.
7. Subscriptions, trials and credits
Paid plans are presented at checkout. Unless stated otherwise:
- subscriptions are billed monthly;
- subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled;
- charges occur at the start of each billing period;
- prices, currency, taxes, included usage and limits are shown before purchase;
- a trial may require a valid payment method;
- the trial length and first charge date are shown at checkout;
- credits or generation allowances expire at the end of the billing period and do not roll over unless the plan expressly says otherwise.
If checkout identifies Stripe as the payment provider, you authorise Stripe and its payment partners to process payments and recurring charges.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel through account or billing settings where available. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
After paid access ends, ResiSuite may provide a limited period of up to 90 days to download existing outputs. Customer Content may be deleted after that period.
9. Refunds
Refunds and remedies are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Acceptable use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. You must not misuse the service, bypass limits, interfere with security, upload unlawful content, mislead property audiences, infringe rights, scrape the service, resell accounts without permission or use the service for spam.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available access.
We may make reasonable changes to the service, plans and these Terms. We will normally provide at least 30 days’ notice of material adverse contractual changes, except where an earlier change is required for law, security, fraud prevention or urgent technical reasons.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a material or repeated breach, unlawful or fraudulent conduct, security risk, non-payment, infringement complaints, valid legal requests or conduct that could harm users, ResiSuite or third parties.
Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Immediate action may be taken for urgent risks.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ResiSuite is provided on an “as available” basis;
- we do not warrant any particular marketing, sales or engagement result;
- we do not provide legal, valuation, property, architectural, engineering or professional advice;
- third-party integrations are governed by their own terms and may change independently.
These disclaimers do not limit rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResiSuite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunities, business interruption or lost data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResiSuite’s aggregate liability arising from the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid to ResiSuite during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- AUD 100.
This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including fraud, wilful misconduct or mandatory consumer remedies.
Where the Australian Consumer Law permits liability for a non-household service to be limited, liability may, at our option, be limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having the service supplied again.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify ResiSuite against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your Customer Content, publication or use of generated output, violation of law or third-party rights, material breach of these Terms, or misleading or unauthorised property marketing.
This does not apply to the extent caused by ResiSuite’s own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.
16. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Where ResiSuite processes personal data on behalf of a business customer, the Data Processing Addendum may apply.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory rights available under a user’s local law.
Before formal proceedings, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by contacting support@mail.getresisuite.com and allowing up to 30 days for discussion.
Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules, disputes will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under Polish law.
18. General
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, incorporated policies and checkout terms form the agreement concerning ResiSuite.
