This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the ResiSuite Terms of Service.
You must not use ResiSuite to:
1. Violate rights or law
- upload or use material without required copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual or other permissions;
- infringe intellectual-property rights;
- violate confidentiality or data-protection obligations;
- process unlawful content;
- evade legal or regulatory duties.
2. Mislead property audiences
- create false, deceptive or materially misleading property advertising;
- fabricate property features, views, dimensions, condition or availability;
- conceal material defects or facts where disclosure is required;
- impersonate an owner, agent, agency, photographer or other person;
- publish generated output without reasonable review.
3. Misuse personal information
- upload unnecessary personal documents or sensitive information;
- expose people, tenants, children, number plates or private possessions without required authority;
- harass, profile, discriminate against or target individuals unlawfully;
- use ResiSuite for unlawful surveillance.
4. Abuse the platform
- bypass rate limits, subscription limits, credits or access controls;
- share, sell or rent accounts except through authorised workspace features;
- scrape, crawl or extract non-public data;
- introduce malware or malicious code;
- probe or exploit vulnerabilities;
- interfere with service availability;
- reverse engineer the service except to the limited extent expressly allowed by law;
- use automated systems in a way that creates unreasonable load.
5. Send spam or harmful content
- send unsolicited bulk messages;
- create fraudulent, abusive, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative or illegal content;
- facilitate scams, phishing, deception or identity misuse.
6. Enforcement
ResiSuite may remove content, limit features, suspend processing or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect users or comply with law.
Where appropriate, we may give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate action may be taken for urgent legal, security or safety risks.

Report suspected misuse to support@mail.getresisuite.com.
