This policy forms part of the ResiSuite Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions
Unless checkout states otherwise:
- subscriptions are billed monthly;
- subscriptions renew automatically;
- the applicable price, currency, taxes, trial terms and next charge date are shown before purchase;
- cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
2. Trials
A trial may require a payment method. The trial length and first charge date will be disclosed at checkout.
Users must cancel before the displayed charge date to avoid the first subscription charge, subject to mandatory legal rights.
3. How to cancel
Users may cancel through account or billing settings where available. They may also contact support@mail.getresisuite.com if self-service cancellation is unavailable.
4. Access after cancellation
Paid functionality remains available until the end of the paid billing period unless immediate suspension or closure is required.
Existing downloadable output may remain available in a limited account for up to 90 days after paid access ends. Users should download required files before that period ends.
5. Change-of-mind refund
As a voluntary policy, ResiSuite may refund the first paid subscription charge where:
- the request is made within 7 days of that charge;
- the account has not materially consumed paid generation or processing limits;
- there is no evidence of abuse or repeated refund requests.
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable for change of mind once a new billing period begins, unless required by law or expressly agreed.
6. Technical failures
If a chargeable generation or processing operation fails because of ResiSuite, we may provide:
- a retry;
- restoration of the affected credit or allowance;
- replacement output;
- a proportionate refund;
- another remedy required by law.
Users should report problems as soon as reasonably possible.
7. No prorated refunds
Cancellation does not normally produce a prorated refund for unused time, except where required by law or expressly approved.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a service has a major failure, an eligible consumer may have rights including cancellation and a refund. For a non-major failure, ResiSuite may have an opportunity to remedy the failure within a reasonable time.
9. EU and other mandatory rights
Where a user has a mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or conformity right under applicable law, that right applies despite this policy.
Where legally permitted, a user who asks for immediate performance of digital services during a withdrawal period may be asked to give acknowledgements required by law.
10. Payment disputes
Users should contact support@mail.getresisuite.com before initiating a chargeback so that we can investigate. This does not remove any legal right to dispute a payment.
