This page identifies service providers that currently support ResiSuite and providers that may be activated for later features. The exact scope depends on the features used.
Current providers

Conditional providers
The following providers are not active in the audited application code as at the effective date:
- Resend may be used for transactional email delivery after a custom SMTP provider is selected and configured;
- Stripe may be used for payments, subscriptions, fraud prevention, billing and tax-related services after billing is implemented.
ResiSuite may use additional providers for:
- AI text generation;
- AI image editing;
- video generation or rendering;
- error monitoring;
- product analytics;
- customer support.
A provider must be added to this list before or when it begins processing production personal data on ResiSuite’s behalf.
Changes
We may update subprocessors as the service evolves. Where required by an applicable data-processing agreement, business customers will receive advance notice and an opportunity to object on reasonable data-protection grounds.
